Docomo's fuel cell prototype

Both Docomo and KDDI have mobile fuel cell prototypes in the works but it looks like neither will be releasing anything until at least 2007. I got the opportunity to play with a fuel cell prototype back in 2003 and predicted they would be released sooner but the friendly people at the KDDI booth pointed to the lengthy regulatory process as the primary cause for the later release date.
