Docomo to offer flat-rate HSDPA for PCs...sort of

Not wanting to be outdone by Emobile, Docomo is offering flat-rate HSDPA for PC users either via PC card, USB-linked mobile or HSDPA-capable PC. Of course with Docomo, the devil is always in the details and the "flat-rate" only applies to email and web text and image content and not streaming video, voice or anything else that would make a flat-rate plan actually useful.
