Pukupi Light for IE 6 users

It seems I was a bit hasty dropping support for IE 6 so I've tweaked the site to serve up a light version for these users. It's missing many of the cooler site features but I think it's the best compromise in terms of development time for what is still a very small percentage of Pukupi traffic.
